Course Description

In Caring for Kids from Hard Places, authors Jayne and David Schooler explore the root causes of challenging behaviors in children and adolescents who have experienced trauma, offering practical strategies for parents, church staff, volunteers, teachers, after-school programs, and anyone working with young people.

Join Jayne for a 6-week book club starting Thursday, May 22, 2025, where she will lead discussions on the book and help you apply its insights to real-life situations.

The book club runs for six Thursdays: May 22, May 29, June 5, June 12, June 19, and June 26, with two session options to fit your schedule: Session A from 9:30–11:00 AM EST or Session B from 7:00–8:30 PM EST.
