Return and Cancellation policy
Online training. The purchase of any online training course may be cancelled and the full purchase price will be refunded if: 1) the purchase is cancelled within 30 days of purchase; and, 2) the training course has not yet been accessed online by the customer. Requests for cancellation and refund should be emailed to: hello@traumafreeworld.org. Please include your login credentials in your email. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
In Person training. The purchase of any In Person training course may be cancelled according to the following provisions: a) cancellation of registration 10 days or more before the training start date will result in a 95% refund or credit towards a future training; or, b) cancellation of registration less than 10 days before the training start date will result in a 75% refund or credit towards a future training. Requests for cancellation and refund should be emailed to: hello@traumafreeworld.org or requested through Eventbrite. Please include the full name of the attendee in the email as well as the name of the organization who paid for the training (if applicable). Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
