Diane brings nearly 20 years of experience to our team, focused on systems, processes, and project management, as well as years working in international child protection, curriculum development, and trauma training. As a foster and adoptive mom Diane’s deep personal commitment to those who’ve experienced trauma is more than merely theoretical, she lives the principles of trauma-informed care every day. Her role leveraging data and leading product development is a perfect fit and keeps TFW learner-focused and continually improving.

Trauma affects all of us, but training helps us learn to help each other. We are a community of learners that seeks to care better and make the world a better place. Our mission is to provide trauma training to everyone, everywhere.
