All trainings are expert-led and on-demand so you can learn at your own pace. But the course includes a Companion Guide with self-reflection and group discussion questions so you don’t need a trauma pro to work through the materials. We also include an easy-to-follow four-week plan so you can have practical strategies and get to an action plan in about a month with just about 60-90 minutes per week.
