Description
Great leaders and their organizations understand that people really are their greatest asset. Now, more than ever, this means acknowledging and responding to the overwhelming stress – and often trauma – people bring with them to the workplace. Concepts like psychological safety, relational trust, cultural humility, employee voice & choice, and personal wellness are just as important as strategic plans, financial bottom lines, and organizational vision. In fact, great organizations know they can’t have one without the other.
This course includes:
- Three learning modules: The Foundations of a Trauma-Informed Approach, The Importance of Personal Wellness, and Principles of Trauma-Informed Organizations.
- 18 short video-based lessons from an expert trainer, 6 videos in each module
